What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the item, and your location. You’ll see shipping charges prior to completing the transaction.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards, Bitcoin, and PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

For domestic orders on in-stock items, normally 2-3 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your transaction on our website is secure, with all information exchanged during the checkout process encrypted.  Your payment information goes directly to the merchant bank, and is never stored on our servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

For most orders, we’ll ship same or next day, via USPS Priority Mail, which normally arrives in 2-3 days.  You’ll receive an e-mail with a link to track your order when it ships.  (Note that it may take a day before the tracking information is available.)

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a PDF invoice attached.  If for some reason you don’t get it, let us know.
