You can now upgrade the headlights on your Kenworth T660 or T700 truck, and get superior bi-xenon HID performance the right way.
This kit includes everything you need to upgrade the light optics in your existing headlight housings. No baking, cutting, drilling, or gluing, and everything fits neatly inside the headlight housing. The benefit here is that for some reason you’re not happy with the kit, it’s just as easy to undo and go back to stock, and since we’re not putting any new holes in the headlamp assembly you’re not at risk of any leaks where dust or water might enter. Of course, our standard unlimited-mileage two-year warranty means that your investment is protected, and you’ll be a safer nighttime driver than ever before.

What’s wrong with the lights that came on the T660?
Not unlike a lot of other headlight assemblies, the clear polycarbonate front and the silvered reflectors on these headlights will degrade over time. This kit upgrades the projector to one with better optics, a clearer glass lens, and brighter light source, while remaining compliant with lighting regulations. As a bi-Xenon projector, it also incorporates a Xenon high beam in the assembly. Even if your lights are brand new, this kit will be a significant upgrade.
What about other kits out there that don’t cost nearly as much?
Many HID retrofit kits use generic components, matching only a bulb base. Others include wiring harnesses that just adapt from one bulb type to another. Included ballasts are often of poor quality, and have trouble starting quickly, restarting hot bulbs, or have slight flickers that can be bothersome. They’re the type of kits that NHTSA has ruled can’t be made to meet the performance requirements in FMVSS Standard 108. This kit is different.

This kit is an excellent, worthwhile purchase. The stock halogens were terrible, and under some road conditions, the road itself was not even visible. I actually had to use the other cars on the road to judge where the road went. Awful!! I looked at full assembly replacements, but reviews of those assemblies made those choices rather questionable, at best. Anything from lack of aiming capabilities, to just plain low quality wiring or assemblies. I took the chance on these and I am MORE than satisfied with the results. I am no longer driving blind in some conditions, or stressing about where the road leads, especially in the rain. I don’t have to wish someone with good headlights could stay beside me while they pass. The plastic lense on the housings could use a polish job, but they are nowhere near the point of cutting down on the available light coming through them. If you are looking for replacement headlights, this kit should truly be at the top of your list.
The kit was ordered on Sunday online, and arrived by Friday. I installed both and had an issue with one working. After swapping a couple pieces, the faulty culprit was the short harness that plugged into the bulb. Called Deep Space the following Monday, and a replacement was immediately sent out without a hassle, and arrived by Thursday. I went for one week with 1 halogen and 1 HID. Even with just 1 installed, the difference was amazing.
Installation is a breeze, as the video shows. The ballast and wiring were slightly different, but clearly marked where they connected.
I installed this on a KW T700
